Build a Brand Voice Generator

Project Brief:

Build a voice guide from real writing, save it in a ChatGPT Project, then draft the same message in two formats and fix the guide wherever it drifts.

Requirements:

  • A voice guide built from three real writing samples (I chose 1 email, 1 essay, and 1 cover letter), saved in a ChatGPT Project

  • Create the same message drafted in two different formats

  • Check both drafts against the guide, with any drift fixed in the guide itself

  • Save the finished guide in Project instructions so the voice guide will apply automatically to every new chat created in the project


Applications:

A voice guide generator turns writing samples and brand preferences into reusable guidance on tone, rhythm, vocabulary, and language to avoid. For marketers, it gives teams a practical reference for creating content that sounds consistent and recognizable.
